Refund and Return Policy

Digital Services

Due to the nature of digital and technical services, refund requests are limited once work has started or the service has been provided.

Cases Eligible for Refund

Refund requests may be considered in the following cases:

  • The project or service has not yet started
  • Inability to provide the agreed-upon service
  • Duplicate or incorrect payment transactions

Cases Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • The work has been completed or the service has been delivered
  • The client changes their mind after work has started or after delivery
  • Delays caused by the client’s lack of communication or failure to provide the required materials
  • Services or work that have already been partially or fully completed

Partial Refunds

For some large-scale or long-term projects, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed at the time of the cancellation request.
