Company Website Design 2026: Pages, Content & a Ready Checklist

Quick answer
A professional company website in 2026 needs at least eight core pages (home, about, services or products, portfolio or projects, clients, team, careers and contact) plus a privacy policy, visible trust signals and easy lead capture through forms, WhatsApp and booking. It must be fast on mobile, bilingual where your buyers need it, and connected to Google Business Profile, Search Console and analytics. With me, a company or services website costs EGP 6,000–20,000 and is delivered in 1–3 weeks.
Most companies I speak with already have "a website", but very few have one that brings in work. Good company website design is not about pretty sliders. It is about answering, in under a minute, the three questions every buyer has: Who are you? Can I trust you? How do I start? If the site cannot answer those on a phone screen, it is costing you leads.
In this guide I walk through exactly what a professional corporate website needs in 2026: the essential pages and what to write on each, the trust signals buyers look for, lead capture that fits how Egyptian and Gulf customers actually contact a business, bilingual setup, group and factory websites, and the SEO, speed and maintenance work that keeps it performing. At the end you will find a ready sitemap checklist you can hand to any developer.
What a professional company website needs in 2026
Before talking about pages, agree on what the site must achieve. For most businesses the goals are the same:
- Credibility: prove the company is real, established and capable before the first call.
- Clarity: explain what you do, for whom and where, in plain language.
- Lead generation: turn interest into a form submission, a WhatsApp message, a booking or a quotation request.
- Discoverability: appear on Google and Google Maps when people search for your service and city.
- Easy management: let your team update projects, jobs and news without calling a developer.
I build company sites on WordPress because it meets all five: it is easy for staff to edit, SEO-friendly, fast when built properly, and you own it completely.
The essential company website pages and what to put on each
These are the business website pages I consider the minimum for a serious company. Small businesses can merge some of them; larger ones split them further.
1. Home page
A clear headline that says what you do and for whom, a short subline with your location or market, and two buttons: a primary action (request a quote or WhatsApp) and a secondary one (view our work). Below that: your main services, a strip of proof (years in business, sectors served, certificates, client logos), featured projects and a final call to action. Do not hide your message behind an auto-playing slider.
2. About us
Your story, founding year, mission, the markets you serve and what makes you different. Add photos of your real office, factory or team instead of stock images, plus your commercial registration details if you are comfortable sharing them. This is also the natural page for your company profile PDF download.
3. Services or products
One overview page plus one dedicated page per main service or product line. Each detail page should explain the problem it solves, what is included, the process, related projects, FAQs and a call to action. Separate pages are also what lets you rank on Google for each service.
4. Portfolio or projects
Real work with real photos, filterable by sector or service. For each project: the scope, location, year and result. A short case study beats a gallery of 50 unlabeled images.
5. Clients and partners
Client logos, partners, distributors and certifications. Use logos only with permission, and link certificates to a verifiable source where possible.
6. Team or leadership
Named managers with photos, roles and short bios. B2B buyers want to know who they will be dealing with.
7. Careers
Open positions and a simple application form with CV upload. A careers page signals a growing, active company and saves HR from scattered emails.
8. Contact
Phone, WhatsApp, email, full address for each branch, an embedded map, working hours and a short form. Put the phone and WhatsApp in the header and footer of every page too.
9. Privacy policy and terms
Any site that collects names and phone numbers through forms should explain what it collects and why. In Egypt this matters more now: the executive regulations of the Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) were issued in late 2025, and law firm CMS notes that enforcement begins on 1 November 2026 on a strict reading, with privacy notices expected to be concise, visible and in Arabic. This is not legal advice, so have your lawyer review the final text.

Trust signals that make a company website convincing
Stanford's long-running Web Credibility Project gives guidelines that still hold up perfectly: show that there is a real organization behind the site (a physical address, photos of your offices), make it easy to contact you, highlight your expertise, show the people behind the company, keep content updated and avoid errors of all kinds, because even typos and broken links hurt credibility. In practice, on a corporate website that means:
- A full address per branch, a working phone number and a business email on your own domain, not a free Gmail address.
- Real photos of your premises, team, machines and finished projects.
- Years in business, sectors served and certificates such as ISO, only if you actually hold them.
- Client logos and short testimonials used with written permission.
- A visibly recent news item, project or job post, so the site does not look abandoned.
- HTTPS, no broken links, no spelling mistakes in either language, and a professional design that is consistent on every page.
Tip: the fastest trust upgrade I make on most company sites is replacing stock photos with a half-day professional shoot of the real team and premises. Buyers can tell the difference immediately.
Lead capture: forms, WhatsApp, booking and the company profile PDF
In Egypt and the Gulf many customers prefer to message a business on WhatsApp rather than fill out a long form, while corporate buyers often still want a formal quotation by email. A good company website offers both and makes each one effortless:
- Short contact form. Name, phone, company, service and message. Every extra field lowers submissions. Send each lead to email and, if you like, to a Google Sheet or CRM.
- WhatsApp button. A floating click-to-chat button with a pre-filled message that names the page the visitor came from. You can build the link with my free WhatsApp link and QR generator.
- Request-a-quote form. For factories, suppliers and contractors: product, quantity, delivery location and file upload for drawings or BOQs.
- Online booking. For businesses that sell time or space, such as meeting rooms, consultations or site visits. The Business Square coworking website I built is a good example of a company site with booking built in.
- Company profile PDF. A light, compressed PDF of your profile, downloadable from the About and Contact pages. Track downloads in Google Analytics as an event so you know who is interested.
- Thank-you page. Send every form to a thank-you page so conversions are measurable in GA4 and ad platforms.
If you are running ads to a single offer, a dedicated landing page often converts better than the main site; I cover that in my guide to landing page design.
Bilingual Arabic and English company websites done right
Many Egyptian companies need Arabic for local customers and English for export buyers, Gulf partners or multinational clients. Google's own guidance on multilingual sites is clear:
- Use separate URLs for each language (for example
/ar/and/en/), not cookies or a switch that changes text on the same URL. - Add hreflang annotations so Google shows Arabic searchers the Arabic page and English searchers the English one.
- Do not auto-redirect visitors by language or IP. Show a visible language switch instead.
- Keep one language per page. Google detects language from the visible content, so avoid side-by-side Arabic and English paragraphs.
The Arabic version also needs a real right-to-left (RTL) layout, Arabic web fonts that load fast, and copy written for Arab readers rather than a literal translation of the English text.
Group websites, factories and contracting companies
Group websites with several companies
A holding or group needs one parent site that presents the group and routes visitors to each company, while each company keeps its own products, customers and voice. The cleanest approach is a shared design system: same header logic, typography and components, with a different accent per company and cross-links between all of them. That is exactly how I built the El Tigany Group websites: one group site plus three company sites for plastics, textiles and rubber, bilingual and connected as one family.
Factory and industrial websites
Industrial buyers do not "add to cart". A factory website design should work as a B2B catalogue: product categories, technical specs tables, downloadable datasheets, certificates, production capacity, export markets and a request-a-quote button on every product. WooCommerce can run in catalogue mode, with quote requests instead of prices and checkout, which keeps product management easy for your team.
Contracting and engineering companies
Here the portfolio is everything: projects with location, client type, scope, value range if allowed, and progress photos. Add pages for equipment, safety (HSE) and a downloadable prequalification file for tenders.
| Business type | Extra pages and features |
|---|---|
| Services company | One page per service, case studies, booking or consultation form |
| Factory / manufacturer | B2B product catalogue, specs, datasheets, certificates, request-a-quote |
| Contracting / engineering | Detailed projects, equipment, HSE, prequalification PDF, tenders contact |
| Group / holding | Group site plus company sites, shared design system, cross-links |
| Booking-based business | Online booking calendar, pricing, location and directions |
Speed, SEO, Google Business Profile, analytics and maintenance
Speed
Google's Core Web Vitals targets are a Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) of 2.5 seconds or less, an Interaction to Next Paint (INP) of 200 milliseconds or less and a Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) of 0.1 or less, measured at the 75th percentile of real visits on mobile and desktop. Compressed WebP images, good hosting, caching and a light theme get you there. My own site scores 100 on desktop in PageSpeed; if your current site is slow, my speed optimization service fixes it.
SEO
Each service page should target one search phrase, for example "industrial plastic packaging Egypt", with a unique title, meta description, headings and internal links. Add Organization structured data on the home or About page with your name, logo, address and contact details, which Google uses to understand who you are. Submit an XML sitemap in Google Search Console. My SEO guide for Egypt goes deeper.
Google Business Profile
For local searches Google ranks businesses by relevance, distance and prominence. Verify your profile, choose the right category, keep hours updated, add real photos, collect and reply to reviews, and link the profile to your website. Each physical branch can have its own profile.
Analytics
Install Google Analytics 4 and Search Console from day one, and track form submissions, WhatsApp clicks, calls and PDF downloads as events. Without this you cannot tell which pages bring business.
Maintenance
WordPress core, theme and plugin updates, daily backups, uptime and security monitoring, and regular content updates keep the site safe and credible. My maintenance and support plans cover all of this.
Company website design price and how to start
My 2026 price for a company or services website is EGP 6,000 – 20,000, delivered in 1–3 weeks. Where you fall in that range depends on the number of pages and unique layouts, Arabic plus English, booking or quote systems, and how much content and design work is needed. You can get an instant estimate with my website cost calculator.
Every website I deliver includes, at no extra cost: basic SEO setup (titles, descriptions, sitemap and Google Search Console), speed optimization, a WhatsApp button and contact form, SSL (https), Google Analytics, one month of free support and a short training video. Domain and hosting are paid separately each year: a .com is roughly EGP 450–1,100 a year, and shared hosting costs a few US dollars a month.
Before you contact any developer, prepare: your logo, a list of services or products, 5–10 project photos, your branch addresses and phone numbers, and two or three websites you like. This alone can cut the delivery time noticeably.
I have delivered more than 450 projects over 8+ years, and you can browse 78 live websites in my portfolio. If you want a corporate website that looks established, loads fast and brings in real inquiries, send me your brief or message me on WhatsApp and I will reply with a clear scope and timeline.
Key takeaways
- A company website is a sales tool, not a digital brochure: every page should answer a buyer's question and lead to a form, a WhatsApp chat or a quote request.
- The core sitemap is home, about, services or products, projects, clients, team, careers, contact and privacy policy, plus a request-a-quote page for factories and contractors.
- Trust comes from proof: a real address, named people, real project photos, certificates, client logos used with permission and a site with no broken links or typos.
- Arabic and English versions should live on separate URLs with hreflang, not as side-by-side text on one page, and visitors should never be auto-redirected by language.
- My company website price is EGP 6,000–20,000 (1–3 weeks), including basic SEO, speed optimization, SSL, WhatsApp button, contact form, Google Analytics and one month of support.
Frequently asked questions
How many pages does a company website need?
Most companies need 8 to 12 pages: home, about, a services or products overview plus one page per main service, projects, clients, team, careers, contact and a privacy policy. Factories and contractors should add a request-a-quote page, and groups need a parent site plus a site or section for each company.
How much does company website design cost with Eslam Abdullah?
A company or services website costs EGP 6,000 to 20,000 and takes 1 to 3 weeks. The price includes basic SEO setup, speed optimization, SSL, a WhatsApp button and contact form, Google Analytics, one month of support and a training video. Domain and hosting are paid separately each year.
Does my company website need Arabic and English?
If you sell to local customers and to export, Gulf or multinational buyers, yes. Each language should have its own URLs with hreflang tags, a proper right-to-left layout for Arabic and copy written for each audience rather than a literal translation.
Should a factory website be an online store or a catalogue?
For most B2B manufacturers a catalogue with specs, datasheets and a request-a-quote button works better than a shopping cart, because prices depend on quantity and delivery. WooCommerce can run in catalogue mode so products stay easy to manage.
What is the difference between a company website and a landing page?
A company website presents the whole business across many pages and builds long-term trust and Google rankings. A landing page is a single focused page for one offer or ad campaign. Many companies use both: the main website plus landing pages for their ads.
